Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable quantum computing systems for Project 2026
- Develop error-correction frameworks and quantum algorithms with 99.99% fidelity
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing stacks with AWS/Azure quantum services
- Drive innovation in qubit coherence optimization and quantum gate performance
- Mentor a team of quantum engineers and researchers
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning algorithms
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science/Physical Review journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Ability to secure TS/SCI clearance preferred
