Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for cryptography, drug discovery, and financial modeling
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum circuits with error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum software-hardware integration
- Develop quantum machine learning models for large-scale data analysis
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in top-tier journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum software development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of implementing quantum error correction
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
