Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant encryption systems for enterprise clients
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-time data processing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks
- Optimize quantum circuit performance on superconducting platforms
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum AI research initiatives
- Architect secure quantum communication protocols for government contracts
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production quantum systems on IBM/Google platforms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction techniques
- Published research in top quantum computing journals (Nature/Science)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in machine learning and tensor networks
- Security clearance preferred for government projects
