Job Description
We are pioneering the next era of computation with Project 2026. We are seeking a visionary Senior Quantum Architect to lead the design and implementation of next-generation quantum algorithms integrated with artificial intelligence.
In this role, you won't just build software; you will architect the fundamental logic of a future-proof digital infrastructure. You will work alongside world-class physicists and machine learning engineers to solve problems deemed impossible by classical computers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of quantum-classical hybrid systems for Project 2026.
- Optimize quantum circuits to maximize coherence time and minimize error rates.
- Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models on quantum hardware environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex theoretical physics into practical software solutions.
- Establish best practices for quantum software engineering and contribute to open-source quantum tooling.
- Conduct rigorous performance benchmarking and analysis of quantum algorithms.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Extensive experience with quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and classical machine learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles, linear algebra, and probability theory.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
