Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of hybrid quantum-classical architectures tailored for high-frequency trading and complex modeling.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the Year 2026 infrastructure, ensuring scalability and interoperability across legacy systems.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a multidisciplinary team of quantum engineers, AI researchers, and software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- System Optimization: Drive the optimization of quantum gate operations and error correction protocols to maximize computational throughput.
- Protocol Development: Establish security standards and protocols for quantum data transmission and storage.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex quantum mechanics into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders and technical partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in Quantum Computing or advanced AI systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, Qiskit, or similar quantum programming frameworks.
- System Design: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and distributed systems design patterns.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, abstract problems using unconventional approaches.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
