Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and define the high-level technical strategy for our quantum AI infrastructure leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research and development in quantum algorithms and AI model optimization for next-gen applications.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for the engineering team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI or Quantum Computing.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and integrate them into long-term product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
