Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable quantum machine learning models capable of solving complex, unsolved problems.
- Hardware Integration: Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit efficiency and reduce noise.
- Research & Development: Lead the research and development of next-gen AI frameworks, pushing the boundaries of quantum supremacy.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Roadmap Planning: Define and communicate the technical roadmap for quantum infrastructure and AI integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate theoretical research into practical applications.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years specifically in Quantum Computing or hybrid classical-quantum systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, Pennylane).
- Frameworks: Deep understanding of machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum simulators.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on specialized hardware.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
