In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing scalable quantum algorithms, optimizing hardware-software interfaces, and integrating AI capabilities into quantum frameworks. You will work with a world-class team to solve complex problems that are currently beyond the reach of classical computing.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for commercial AI applications.
- Lead the architecture of hybrid quantum-classical systems.
- Conduct research into quantum error correction and noise mitigation techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical physics into production-ready software.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps for future quantum capabilities.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or quantum computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, AWS Braket, or Google Cloud Quantum AI).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
