Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap for the 2026 platform, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and executive leadership to define requirements and deliver high-value features.
- Market Research: Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and user research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
- Agile Leadership: Drive the product lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies, prioritizing the backlog and ensuring timely delivery of sprints.
- Analytics & Optimization: Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), iterate on user experience, and maximize adoption rates.
- Go-to-Market: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop launch strategies and ensure successful product adoption.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management within the SaaS or AI/ML industry.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Methodologies: Proven track record of executing product roadmaps using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
