Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Define and evolve the 2026 design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate product decisions and drive innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to deliver features on time.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience working in Agile environments and participating in sprint cycles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
