- Strategic Vision: Lead the high-level strategic vision for the 2026 product portfolio, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging market trends.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, robust, and secure system architectures capable of handling massive data throughput and future scalability demands.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies, including AI and Machine Learning, into core product offerings.
- Roadmap Management: Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features that drive user engagement and retention while managing technical debt.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and exceptional user experiences.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Systems Architecture, or Software Engineering, with a focus on scaling technology.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining product strategies that drive business growth and market differentiation.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
