Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Project 2026 core infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimize system performance and scalability to meet projected growth targets.
- Establish coding standards and best practices for the engineering team.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality output.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal-level role.
- Proven expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
