Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including vendor management, facility maintenance, and inventory control
- Manage administrative team (3 staff) through training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Coordinate executive travel, events, and high-level client meetings
- Develop and monitor office budgets, reducing operational costs by 15%
- Implement digital workflow solutions using Asana and Microsoft 365
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local Miami business regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in Miami/Dade County
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
- Proven budget management with $500K+ annual responsibility
- SHRM-CP or equivalent HR certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for high-pressure scenarios
- Fluency in English/Spanish for diverse stakeholder communication
