Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Project management experience with multitasking capabilities
- Knowledge of Tennessee employment regulations
