Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale Generative AI models using state-of-the-art frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for production environments.
- Design and implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures to enhance model accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical compliance in all AI training processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning engineering.
- Proven expertise in training and fine-tuning LLMs and Transformers.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as Kubernetes, MLflow, and Docker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
