- Architect proof-of-concept projects in AI, robotics, and biotechnology with 3-year commercialization horizons
- Present future-shaping insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts to accelerate innovation cycles
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant applications and strategic alliances
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership with proven 5-year foresight accuracy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Experience scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
