As a key member of our Future Technologies division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and startup ecosystems to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. You'll develop forward-looking frameworks that bridge cutting-edge innovations with market readiness, ensuring our organization remains ahead of technological inflection points.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) to create 5-year strategic foresight models
- Develop future-state architectures for client digital transformation initiatives targeting 2026 adoption horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership whitepapers and present at industry summits on technology evolution
- Build scenario-planning models for geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and establish innovation governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500/tech startup experience
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, spatial computing)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Studies)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals or top-tier conferences
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and predictive modeling tools
