- Lead research and development of next-gen technologies for 2026+ ecosystem integration
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks combining AI, blockchain, and IoT solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to define 5-year innovation roadmap and KPIs
- Present strategic tech forecasts to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging tech adoption methodologies
- Drive patent development in quantum-resistant encryption and neural interfaces
- Oversee pilot programs for metaverse and decentralized autonomous organizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech leadership with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing, and blockchain architecture
- Proven track record of scaling tech products to 10M+ users
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech trends
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong strategic planning with ability to translate vision to execution
- Certification in Futurism or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
