Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Anticipate global tech disruptions and recommend strategic pivots
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Architect human-centered solutions for emerging tech challenges
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investors
- Strong background in agile development and product roadmapping
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
