Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI-driven automation and quantum computing integration
- Lead scenario planning workshops for climate-resilient infrastructure solutions
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets across 3 R&D divisions
- Present findings at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Drive ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Produce quarterly trend reports for Fortune 100 clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic tech forecasting with Fortune 500 experience
- Published research in Nature or peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling tools
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI/biotech (FDA, EU AI Act)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Certification in Systems Thinking (MIT Sloan or equivalent)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-transforming projects
