Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and maintain a proprietary ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior strategists while advancing the practice of applied futurism within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex scenarios to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, and System Dynamics
