Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scenario-planning frameworks for 2026-2030 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops identifying disruptive trends in AI governance and sustainable tech
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports with predictive models for market evolution
- Design organizational resilience strategies for climate-driven supply chain disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Maintain proprietary trend database with AI-augmented signal detection
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or climate adaptation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palisade @RISK)
