As a 2026 Vision Lead, you'll forecast paradigm shifts, design scalable frameworks for exponential technologies, and collaborate with C-suite executives to future-proof our enterprise. This role demands both strategic foresight and hands-on implementation expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and climate tech verticals
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year impact windows
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Design innovation frameworks for exponential technology adoption
- Produce strategic white papers and thought leadership for industry forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of executing future-state initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience scaling agile methodologies for long-term innovation pipelines
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning frameworks and trend analysis
- PhD or Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
