- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for emerging technology scouting
- Translate technical capabilities into market-ready products through agile development methodologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and ROI projections
- Mentor junior futurists and drive continuous improvement in our innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Trend Impact Analysis)
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Proven track record of launching products based on future trend identification
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies and systems thinking
