Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 executives

- Architect Horizon's 'Decade Horizons' strategic framework
- Manage partnerships with MIT Media Lab and World Economic Forum
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary foresight methodology
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research in exponential technology forecasting
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and scenario simulation
- Certified in Shell Two-Point-Four method or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ successful long-term strategy implementations
- Experience with global policy and regulatory forecasting
