Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business operations
- Design and deliver executive-level foresight reports and strategic recommendations for global markets
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry disruptors, academic institutions, and innovation partners
- Champion human-centered design principles to ensure technological advancements prioritize societal wellbeing
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 transformation milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism with proven impact on long-term transformation
- Expertise in technology forecasting, systems thinking, and scenario development methodologies
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their socio-economic implications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
