Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, societal, and economic trends to develop 2026+ strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Develop KPIs and metrics to track long-term strategic execution and adaptation
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging industry paradigms
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with proven impact in tech or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio of published future-vision work or implemented strategic frameworks
- Experience leading global teams and managing multi-year strategic roadmaps
