- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into commercial offerings
- Represent Horizon Labs at global tech summits as a thought leader on 2026 digital transformation
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech with published research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business impact
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in agile environments
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology foresight projects with measurable ROI
