Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (2026-2030) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain relationships with innovation ecosystems and thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business roadmaps
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation and adaptive strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning capabilities
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience scaling organizations through technological paradigm shifts
