Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive trend analysis across biotech, AI governance, and climate tech to identify 2026 inflection points
- Develop bespoke scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership teams
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite audiences through data-driven narratives
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigm shifts
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Advect board-level decisions on emerging technology risk/reward assessments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent certification (e.g., CFIP)
- 7+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or Big Four consulting
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi technique implementation
- Proven track record of influencing executive decisions through trend analysis
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP-V)
