Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio published in top-tier futurist publications or journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
