Responsibilities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging tech ecosystems
- Produce scenario analyses for disruptive market shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof innovations
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and think tanks
- Author whitepapers on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
