Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast market opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and executive presentations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Guide innovation portfolio allocation based on future market readiness
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
- Experience leading global research teams and cross-functional projects
