Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (quantum computing, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive stakeholders and investor relations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future-thinking capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum systems)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences across global markets
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
