Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-cultural shifts, and geopolitical patterns to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to capitalize on disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 companies preparing for 2026 regulatory and market shifts
- Author high-impact trend reports published in industry-leading journals and conference keynotes
- Design and execute innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 workplace and consumer behavior shifts
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing thought leadership through whitepapers and media contributions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful 5+ year strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech governance, quantum computing applications, or sustainable futures
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex trend analysis into executive action plans
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts with validated outcomes (minimum 3 case studies)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies including Delphi, Horizon Scanning, and Cross-Impact Matrix
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while maintaining rigorous analytical standards
