- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports translating complex future insights into actionable strategies
- Establish cross-functional futures councils to embed anticipatory intelligence across organizational DNA
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive analytics and econometric modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success in tech/innovation sectors
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism publications or peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices, AI trend analysis)
- Experience managing cross-continental futures research teams
