Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for clients to adapt to exponential change in AI and automation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and trend briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Build proprietary foresight methodologies using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at industry conferences as a thought leader on future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of delivering actionable future intelligence to enterprise clients
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFS) or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
