Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Conduct deep-dive research on disruptive innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Author compelling trend reports and executive briefings with data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend-tracking platforms
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to implementation
