Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Translate future market insights into product roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Curate and maintain an emerging technology ecosystem database for competitive advantage
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Track record of driving innovation from ideation to market implementation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
