Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients navigating 2026+ market transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges
- Maintain a proprietary trend-sensing network of global innovators and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic transformations for major organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, CFP) strongly preferred
