Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological advancements, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and implement corporate foresight frameworks and scenario-planning methodologies
- Lead high-impact innovation workshops with executive teams to translate future insights into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with futurists, industry disruptors, and academic thought leaders
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings and board presentations
- Oversee the development of trend intelligence dashboards and predictive analytics tools
- Champion organizational adoption of agile futures-thinking practices across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate foresight leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution) highly desirable
