- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive leadership
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists, academic partners, and innovation labs
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technology roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology disruptions (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Strong background in data modeling and scenario analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism/innovation journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategic pivots
