Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead high-impact workshops with stakeholders to co-create future-state roadmaps and innovation priorities
- Produce executive-ready reports on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and market implications
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking strategic initiatives against future benchmarks
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability across departments
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy with tech focus
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AGI, Web3, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience scaling foresight programs in global enterprises
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or relevant advanced analytics credentials
