Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for board-level decision support
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and executive presentations on emerging opportunities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into long-term roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and regulatory signals affecting 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible impact from foresight-driven initiatives
