Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption (AI, biotech, AR/VR)

- Develop predictive analytics models for technology adoption curves and consumer behavior shifts
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects targeting $1B+ market opportunities
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive committees and investor forums
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
- Author industry white papers on technological convergence and societal impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technological disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
