Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal trends, and market disruptors through 2030
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks, scenario plans, and innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product development and business strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author high-impact reports and white papers on future-of-work, climate resilience, and digital transformation
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable futures in all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurism with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to C-level audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: quantum computing, bio-engineering, or AI governance
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFK, APF) strongly preferred
