What you'll achieve:

- Lead scenario-planning workshops across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Produce proprietary trend reports with 95%+ predictive accuracy
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford's future studies initiatives
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation pipeline through strategic foresight
Responsibilities
- Design and execute horizon-scanning frameworks for emerging technologies
- Deliver executive briefings on future market disruptions and opportunities
- Create quantitative/qualitative foresight models using proprietary analytics
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive methodologies
- Manage $500K+ annual foresight research budget
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic innovation or futurism consulting
- Published work in foresight journals or tech trend reports
- Advanced proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of delivering C-level strategic recommendations
- Experience with Delphi methodology and cross-industry trend mapping
