Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams to prototype 2026-era solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging threats and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches on future-focused innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future-state roadmaps that drove market leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategy
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business or technology publications (HBR, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis, etc.)
