- Build predictive models for emerging market dynamics and competitive landscapes
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists in foresight methodologies
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (preferred)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) (preferred)
