Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services ($10M+ revenue impact)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and C-suite
